A facility equipped with a wide variety of equipment ranging from Resistance machines, Dumbbells, Squat racks, Olympic lifting bars and bumper plates along with an extensive variety of Cardio equipment including treadmills, bikes, rowers, Arc trainers, steppers and much more.

We have invested with some of the biggest and best brands within the fitness industry to bring the most modern and innovative equipment to our members these include Rogue, Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Assault Fitness, Bulldog, Mirafit and Concept 2.

The latest instalments to Fusion 3 Fitness is a modern and spacious functional fitness room, which offers a variety of classes such as Sweat, Bounce, Boxing and Yoga and a Sunbed room which can be booked at reception.

We also have male and female changing facilities which makes training at Fusion 3 Fitness.

Fusion 3 Fitness is pleased to be able to offer the unique services of Inner Body Balance run by Jonny Hands. A leading practitioner in the field of Sports Massage who studied Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy at the Endeavour college of Natural Health in Melbourne Australia and has continued his studies at Oxford University in spinal Manipulations.
